Mr. Subir Kumar Basu

A post - graduate from Jadavpur University, and with a career spanning over three decades, he has been involved in many distinguished projects. After having used his genius in landmark projects like The 42, Urbana, Tata 88 East, the rejuvenated Metro Cinema and so many more, Mr. Subir Kumar Basu was excited to use his mind to develop something that reflects his love - cinema, colours and luxury.

He is the architect member of several statutory committees of the West Bengal Government and formerly the West Bengal State nominee to the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. With an experienced team working with him, his vision comes to life often, and this time around, his vision blessed Chitrakatha. His passion for architecture and his love for cinema comes together and translates into your future abode.
